AEG Power Solutions Acquires OpciónDos, Spanish Solar Engineering Company

(Euronext Amsterdam 3WP, Frankfurt 3W9, ISIN GG00B39QCR01, WKN A0Q5SX) strengthens its position in the engineering of photovoltaic solutions with the acquisition of OpciónDos.Commenting on the acquisition, Enrique de la Cruz, saidFounded in 2005, Madrid-based OpciónDos has developed an expertise in integrating photovoltaic technologies into the built-in environment. Their know-how and engineering capacity have made them a specialist of complex rooftops installations in industrial and commercial environments.

In Spain they have several prestigious references which include Ikea in La Coruña and “La Vaguada”, a landmark shopping center in Madrid for which the company was awarded the “Best PV Installation” of the Province of Madrid in 2008.
