    (ISE) Forschern des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Solare Energiesysteme ISE ist es gelungen, neue Spitzen-Wirkungsgrade für einfach herzustellende grossflächige Siliciumsolarzellen zu erreichen. Mit gegenüber dem heutigen Industriestandard weiter entwickelten Zellstrukturen konnten sie demonstrieren, dass in naher Zukunft Wirkungsgrade von 20 Prozent realisierbar sind.
