    (PM) Das Reaktorunglück im japanischen Fukushima wird dem M&A-Geschehen im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien neue Impulse geben. Nachdem der Gesamtwert der abgeschlossenen Übernahmen, Fusionen und Beteiligungen im vergangenen Jahr um fast ein Drittel auf 33,4 Milliarden US-Dollar sank, prognostizieren die Branchenexperten der Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft PwC in der Studie "Renewables Deals" für 2011 mindestens eine Stabilisierung. Die absolute Zahl der Transaktionen legte 2010 von 319 im Vorjahr auf 530 zu.
