    (PM) „Autofreie Stadt Bern – Eine Vision“. Unter diesem Titel führte der Club der Autofreien der Schweiz CAS am Samstag vor einer Woche in Bern seine Generalversammlung durch, die dem Thema städtische Mobilität gewidmet war. Am Schluss zog CAS-Präsident Beat von Scarpatetti folgendes Fazit: „Es gibt Indizien für eine Trendumkehr Richtung autofreie Stadt“.
