    (Exportinitiative) In Bulgarien wurde am 21. April 2011 ein neues Gesetz zu erneuerbaren Energien verabschiedet. Das Gesetz soll den weiteren Ausbau der Wind- und Solarenergie eindämmen, da der Kollaps der alternden Netze und der Anstieg der Strompreise drohe.
