    (Exportinitiative) Die Europäische Investitionsbank (EIB) wird einen der ersten Windparks in Ecuador mitfinanzieren. Der Windpark mit einer Kapazität von 16 MW wird in der Provinz La Loja errichtet. Das Gesamtvolumen der Investitionen beträgt 45 Millionen USD. In den kommenden Jahren sollen weitere Projekte in der Region mit Unterstützung der EIB finanziert werden.
