    (Swissolar) Ende 2010 setzte die französische Regierung ein Moratorium für neue PV-Anlagen in Kraft. Bis Ende März sind keine neuen Anlagen mit einer Leistung von mehr als 3 kW zugelassen. Am 10. März soll ein neues Fördermodell in Kraft treten.
