(PM) An der ordentlichen Generalversammlung der Meyer Burger Technology AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MBTN) vom 21. April 2011 in Bern wurde allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zugestimmt. Insgesamt waren 14'074'727 Namenaktien vertreten, was rund 30% des Aktienkapitals entspricht. 504 Aktionäre nahmen persönlich an der Generalversammlung teil und vertraten 2'378'591 Namenaktien. 1
