    (PM) Siemens baut Stromrichterstationen für eine Hochspannungs-Gleichstrom-Übertragungsanlage (HGÜ) mit der Rekordleistung von zweimal 1000 Megawatt (MW). Mit der neuen HGÜ-Technik HVDC-Plus soll ab 2013 eine Leistung von 2000 MW via Gleichstrom unterirdisch über 65 Kilometer übertragen werden.
