    (Exportinitiative) Das schottische Unternehmen ScottishPower Renewables mit Sitz in Glasgow hat eine Ausschreibung für den Bau eines zehn Megawatt-Gezeitenkraftwerk-Demonstrationsprojektes, dem bisher grössten der Welt, gewonnen. Das Projektvolumen beträgt etwa 65 Mio. US-Dollar. Zukünftig soll es Strom für 5‘000 Haushalte liefern.
