    (Rödl & Partner) In Italien steht eine weitere Reform der Förderung Erneuerbarer Energien an. Der Ministerrat hat in der vergangenen Woche ein Dekret verabschiedet, nachdem schon ab dem 1.6.2011 ein neues Conto Energia IV für den Bereich Photovoltaik in Kraft treten wird. Geklärt werden sollen darin die Höhe der zukünftigen Einspeisetarife sowie der Leistungsumfang, für den noch eine Förderung möglich sein wird. Von dieser Neuregelung wird abhängen, ob Investitionen in Solarenergieprojekte in Italien eine Zukunft haben.
