(Bundesrat) Seit 2008 sind Biotreibstoffe von der Mineralölsteuer befreit, wenn beim Anbau und Verbrauch ökologische und soziale Mindestanforderungen erfüllt sind. Der Bundesrat hatte eine Vereinfachung des Verfahrens für die Feststellung einer positiven Ökobilanz gewünscht. Am 11. Mai hat er Kenntnis genommen vom Bericht über die bereits getroffenen und die geplanten Massnahmen.
