    (PM) Die Meyer Burger Technology AG [veröffentlicht heute die Angebotsunterlage zum freiwilligen öffentlichen Übernahmeangebot für sämtliche Stückaktien der Roth & Rau AG zum Preis von EUR 22 je Aktie. Die entsprechende Genehmigung der Angebotsunterlage durch die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) wurde am 4. Mai 2011 erteilt.
