    (Suisse Eole) Am 22. Februar 2011 hat der Neuenburger Kantonsrat die mit 6000 Unterschriften eingereichte Initiative des Komitees «Avenir des crêtes: au peuple de décider» für gültig erklärt. Die Initiative fordert, dass jedes Windparkprojekt und jegliche eventuelle Änderungen daran dem kantonalen Referendum unterliegen sollen.
