    (PV-TEC) Am Photovoltaik Technologie Evaluationscenter PV-TEC des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Solare Energiesysteme ISE werden neuen Solarzellen-Konzepte seit mehreren Jahren vorangetrieben. Für rückseitenkontaktierte Silicium-Solarzellen wurden nun Wirkungsgrade bis zu 20,2 % erzielt.
