13(AR) Appenzell Ausserrhoden verfügt nur über wenige lokal verfügbare Energieressourcen. Die Sonnenenergie ist eine davon. Um dieses Potenzial der energetisch gut ausgerichteten Dachflächen für jedermann „sichtbar“ zu machen, wurde ein Sol -AR -Kataster erstellt. Dieser ermittelt und visualisiert die Eignung aller Dachflächen und beziffert die dazugehörenden Einstrahlungsdaten sowie die möglichen Energieerträge.
