    (PM) Das Bemühen des Aufsichtsrats der Solar Millennium AG einvernehmlich den ehemaligen Vorstandsvorsitzenden Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen zur Rückzahlung seiner Antrittsprämie von € 9 Millionen zu bewegen, ist erfolglos geblieben. Deshalb hat der Aufsichtsrat auf seiner gestrigen Aufsichtsratssitzung beschlossen, jetzt beim Landgericht Nürnberg-Fürth Klage auf Rückzahlung des vollen Betrags, der ihm anlässlich seiner Bestellung ausgezahlt wurde, einzureichen.
