    (PM) Die Institutionen des ETH-Bereichs betreiben Spitzenforschung zu Grosskraftwerken, erneuerbarer Energie und Energieeffizienz. Damit liefern sie Grundlagen für energiepolitische und ökonomische Entscheide. Von der Forschung im ETH-Bereich profitieren auch die Studierenden der beiden ETH. Ihre Zahl hat im Jahr 2010 um rund 7 Prozent zugenommen.
