    (Exportinitiative) Anfang Februar haben die USA eine Strategie für die weitere Entwicklung der Offshore-Windenergie veröffentlicht. Dabei handelt es sich um die erste behördenübergreifende Strategie, an der sowohl das  Energieministerium (DOE) sowie das Innenministerium (DOI) beteiligt waren.
