01Un proiect de tipul ”Casa Verde” ar putea fi implementat și dincolo de Prut, s-a stabilit în urma unei întâlniri între ministrul mediului de la București, Laszlo Borbely, și omologul său moldovean, Gheorghe Șalaru.
Borbely a anunțat că România s-a angajat să aloce țării vecine 15 milioane de euro în următorii trei ani, în cadrul iniţiativei Fast Start Financing. Programul susţine dirijarea către Republica Moldova a unor fonduri destinate finanţării timpurii a acţiunilor de combatere a schimbărilor climatice în ţările în curs de dezvoltare.
”Aceste fonduri pot fi folosite pentru implementarea în Republica Moldova a unor programe ce au ca scop combaterea schimbărilor climatice, dar au şi un aspect economic. Vorbim aici de proiecte privind calitatea aerului, reabilitare termică a şcolilor sau spitalelor precum şi inițiative de tip «Casa Verde», prin care să se acorde finanţare pentru instalarea de centrale pe bază de energii regenerabile”, a explicat Borbely.
