01Interdictia de a fuma in locurile publice intra in vigoare de astazi in China, insa va fi cu greu respectata de un popor ce numara 300 de milioane de fumatori, scrie AFP.
Noua lege data de statul chinez prevede si limitarea numarului de automate pentru tigari, iar comerciantii vor fi obligati sa puna afise in locurile publice in care-si defasoara activitatea pe care sa fie scris “Fumatul interzis!".
Presa chineza sustine insa insa ca in fabrici sau in birouri nu va fi, deocamdata, interzis fumatul, iar asupra barurilor si a restaurantelor planeaza inca o mare necunoscuta in ceea ce priveste aplicarea noii legi.
In China, mor anual, din cauza fumatului, mai mult de 1 milion de persoane, iar expertii se asteapta ca nuamarul victimelor facute de tutun sa se tripleze pana in 2030.
Un pachet de tigari ii costa pe chinezi in jur de 0,33 de euro.
