03Parcul eolian cuprinde 35 de turbine eoliene. La finalizare, parcul va putea genera 189 milioane kWh în fiecare an, suficient pentru a acoperi nevoia anuală de electricitate a 70.000 de gospodării, evitând emisia în atmosferă a 106.000 tone de dioxid de carbon, potrivit unui comunicat al companiei.
Enel Green Power deţine alte două parcuri în România, Sălbatica I şi Agighiol, cu o capacitate instalată de 64 MW. Totodată, compania construieşte Sălbatica II, care va avea o capacitate totală instalată de 70 MW şi extinde capacitatea Sălbatica I cu 40 MW.
“Lucrările de construcţie în desfăşurare la parcul eolian Corugea şi la alte parcuri ne vor creşte capacitatea instalată în România la 244 MW, confirmând strategia noastră de dezvoltare într-o ţară cu un potenţial ridicat pentru expansiunea energiei eoliene“, a declarat Francesco Starace, director general executiv al Enel Green Power
