19Potrivit unui comunicat de presa, INVALL ENERGIE VERDE SRK, SAMSUNG HEAVY INDUSTRIES Co. Ltd. (SHI) si KOREAN SOUTG EAST POWER COMPANY (KOSEP) au semnat un Acord de cooperare pentru dezvoltarea unui parc eolian in sudul Dobrogei.
Responsabilitatile sunt impartite astfel intre cei trei parteneri ai acordului: INVALL va realiza dezvoltarea parcului eolian, SHI va furniza echipamentele (generatoarele eoliene) si KOSEP va asigura operarea si mentenanta parcului eolian.In prezent, INVALL dezvolta 3 parcuri eoliene, toate localizate in sudul Dobrogei, pentru toate cele trei parcuri eoliene lucrarile de construire fiind planificate sa inceapa la finalul anului 2012, relateaza cotidianul Constanteanul.
Acelasi tip de Acord de cooperare a fost semnat intre parti si pentru proiecte aflate in derulare in Polonia si Macedonia
