14Saptamana viitoare vom trimite la Bruxelles notificarea pentru Legea 220, astfel ca pana la sfarsitul lunii iunie vom putea raspunde la eventualele solicitari din partea Comisiei Europene. Apreciez ca legea va deveni aplicabila din luna iulie. A fost un proces greu, care a necesitat calcule elaborate, minutioase, a precizat Lificiu in cadrul unui seminar pe tema energiilor regenerabile.
Acesta a explicat ca la nivelul schemelor de ajutor nu au fost facute modificari, Comisia Europeana fiind de acord cu propunerile Romaniei.
Schimbari ar putea fi facute pe partea care vizeaza biomasa, mai exact pentru biogazul rezultat din fermentarea naturala de deseuri se va acorda un certificat pe MWh produs, pentru biogazul rezultat din procese tehnologice avansate se vor da doua certificate/MWh, iar pentru celalate tipuri de biogaz tot doua certificate/MWh.
