14“Iberdrola” SA, cel mai mare producător mondial de energie eoliană, vinde o participaţie de peste 6% din capitalul său către “Qatar Holdings” LLC, pentru care primeşte două miliarde de euro (2,8 miliarde de dolari), potrivit ziarului Bursa.
Potrivit înţelegerii dintre părţi, divizia “Qatar Holding Luxembourg” va prelua 6,2% din “Iberdrola” printr-o majorare de capital. “Qatar Holding” va cumpăra titluri noi echivalente cu 6,2% din “Iberdrola”, dar şi acţiuni tezaurizate echivalente cu 0,4% din companie, la un preţ de 5,633 euro/titlu.
Potrivi Bursa, la data de 1 martie, premierul spaniol Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero a vizitat Qatarul, obţinând promisiunea guvernului emiratului de a investi 3 miliarde de euro (4,14 miliarde dolari) în economia Spaniei, inclusiv 300 milioane de euro pentru sprijinirea băncilor de economii din această ţară.
