20RWE Germania a vandut pachetul de actiuni majoritar pe care il detinea la Sabloal Energie Eoliana SRL, prin care intentiona sa dezvolte un parc eolian in zona Valea Dacilor, din Medgidia, din cauza birocratiei excesive, a anuntat ieri Reuters.
“Proiectul este evaluat la 250 de milioane de euro si vizeaza constructia unui parc eolian cu o capacitate de 147 MW. RWE si-a vandut pachetul de 90% din actiuni catre ceilalti parteneri din cadrul Sabloal Energie Eoliana, fara a se cunoaste suma incasata de nemti. Din cauza procesului complicat de aprobare si din cauza problemelor legate de proprietate asupra terenurilor, decizia noastra a fost de a parasi proiectul”, a declarat Karin Canta, directorul de proiecte eoliene pentru sud-estul Europei si Turcia al RWE, potrivit Reuters.
