    Uzina nucleara Onagawa, din nord-estul Japoniei, a fost afectata de cutremurul care a avut loc joi, fiind depistate scurgeri de apa la mai multe bazine.

    Potrivit operatorul centralei, Tohoku Electric Power, citat de Reuters, scurgerile de apa au avut loc la bazinele de pastrare a barelor de combustibil uzat de la reactoarele 1 si 2.

    Operatorul a asigurat insa ca nu s-au inregistrat modificari ale nivelului de radioactivitate in afara uzinei.
