Todd Lindstrom Joins Sharp Solar Energy Solutions Group as Vice President of Sales

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (February 23, 2011)Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC) today announced that Todd Lindstrom has joined the company's Solar Energy Solutions Group (SESG) as vice president of Sales. SESG is a division of SEC and the U.S. solar arm of Sharp Corporation. In this position, Mr. Lindstrom is responsible for developing and directing the sales operations of the group. He reports to Eric Hafter, senior vice president of SESG."We are very happy to have Todd join our expanding management team," said Hafter. "ToddMr. Lindstrom comes to Sharp with a proven track record of developing, founding, and expanding businesses within the renewable energy, high-tech and construction industries. He joins the company from HelioPower, Inc., where he served Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that Todd served as a Founder and Executive Vice President of Solar Power Inc. (SPI), where he established or developed, then operated the business development, construction, engineering, financing and franchise operations of the company. Before joining SPI, Todd held roles of increasing responsibility in the renewable energy, high tech and construction industries.
